Meet Chef Jo Chan

Chef Jo began her career working in New York under famed chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, Jonathan Waxman & Marcus Samuelsson. After a residency in Stockholm, Sweden, Chef Jo moved to Austin and became Executive Chef at Eberly. She competed on Season 19 of Top Chef set in Houston. In 2023, she created Bureau de Poste, which received Best New Restaurant honors from Texas Monthly & Austin Monthly. She is currently partnering with extraordinary clients to curate unforgettable experiences.
